Ventless Cooking Systems

     

Ventless Fryer and VCS2000 Ventless units use an advanced air filtration system to exceed EPA standards for airborne particulate emissions without the high cost of a dedicated building exhaust hood system.  These systems are completely self-contained and can be easily relocated from one location to another.  They are ideal for any application where the installation of a conventional exhaust system is not practical.

Ventless Fryer and VCS2000 Ventless units are listed by UL to UL710B, the standard for approved Type I recirculating systems.  These units  include a self-contained Ansul® R-102™ fire suppression system to meet the requirements of NFPA 96, and are fully compliant with the requirements of NFPA 96 Chapter 13.
