Ice-cooled cold pans and refrigerated cold pans are designed to hold pre-chilled product at serving temperature.
Hot/Cold pans are two units in one: from an electrically heated bain marie auto-fill warmer to a self-contained refrigerated cold pan is just a flip of the switch.
7000-series units are NSF Listed for holding potentially hazardous foods.
